All Key, Access device and Owners Corporation Certificate orders will not be processed during the period of office closure.

Orders can still be placed and will be processed upon our return on Monday 5th January 2026.

If you enter an address ONLY enter the street number and name (exclude suburb and postcode) e.g. “456 Swanston”
Don’t enter in your unit/lot number
Only type one or two words like “101 Collins” or “Park Apartments”
