Private Lot Works are subject to various controls of building codes and regulations as well as Owners Corporation requirements in accordance with Model Rules, Special Rules, and the Owners Corporations Act 2006.
A Lot Owner has an obligation to provide the Owners Corporation with notification of works, and in some cases written Owners Corporation approval may be required.
Prior to ANY Private Lot work commencing, you must complete and return the Notice of works Form to the Owners Corporation c/o Bluestone OCM.
No works should be undertaken before the Owners Corporation reviews the works notice and associated documentation (if applicable) and comes back to you with the outcome of their review.
